Your responsibilities as a Parts Manager will include:
- Oversee the procurement, inventory, and management of plant parts and accessories including finance & stock availability
- Develop and implement efficient parts management processes and systems
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Lead the parts team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations related to parts handling
- Provide excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders
Experience essential for this role as a Parts Manager:
- Experience working as a Parts Manager ideally in a Plant, Agriculture or Construction industry
- Budget experience preferable but not required
- Experience searching for parts on a database
- Stock control
- Friendly manner on phone
- Great communication skills and problem solving skills
