Your responsibilities as a Parts Manager will include:

  • Oversee the procurement, inventory, and management of plant parts and accessories including finance & stock availability
  • Develop and implement efficient parts management processes and systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
  • Lead the parts team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations related to parts handling
  • Provide excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders

Experience essential for this role as a Parts Manager:

  • Experience working as a Parts Manager ideally in a Plant, Agriculture or Construction industry
  • Budget experience preferable but not required
  • Experience searching for parts on a database
  • Stock control
  • Friendly manner on phone
  • Great communication skills and problem solving skills
