Sales Administrator- Audio Industry Partridge Green, West Sussex

We are a small but growing family run business, looking for someone to take over the Logistics responsibilities within the company. This is a stand-alone position, so we need someone with maximum existing experience, looking to stay with us long-term.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Experience with Logistics; Imports and Exports
  • Willingness to learn
  • Computer literacy
  • Microsoft excel and word experience
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Ability to retain a large amount of knowledge and apply it where necessary
  • Organisation skills and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Loyal, friendly and responsible

Desirable but not essential:

  • Sage 50 experience
  • CIM50 experience
  • Post-Brexit Logistics knowledge/experience

Main responsibilities willinclude

  • Processing Sales Orders and Invoices
  • Overseeing all logistics matters, companywide
  • Coordinating with Customers, the Warehouse and the Sales Team
  • Management of paperwork and documentation.

Benefits

  • 3 days Company Sick Pay, one probationary period is passed
  • 1 extra holiday day per year worked, capped at 5 additional days (5 years service+)
  • Annual bonus, based on profits, pro-rata.
