Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process sales orders and handle all inbound enquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and enquiries
- Identify and manage both sales and purchase orders
- Prepare accurate documentation for warehouse picking
- Advise customers on products that best meet their needs
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of stock control
- Assist with logistics and coordination with couriers
- Ensure customers are informed at every stage of their order process
- Collaborate effectively with other teams to facilitate customer orders
- Provide administrative support across all business areas
- Create, maintain, and format various documents
- Accurately input data and handle customer queries via telephone or email
- Generate and analyse reports as needed

Salary & Benefits:
- £28,000 - £30,000
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 15:30
