Pineapple Careers is proud to be partnering with a well-known organisation based on the outskirts of Horsham who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process sales orders and handle all inbound enquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and enquiries
  • Identify and manage both sales and purchase orders
  • Prepare accurate documentation for warehouse picking
  • Advise customers on products that best meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of stock control
  • Assist with logistics and coordination with couriers
  • Ensure customers are informed at every stage of their order process
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams to facilitate customer orders
  • Provide administrative support across all business areas
  • Create, maintain, and format various documents
  • Accurately input data and handle customer queries via telephone or email
  • Generate and analyse reports as needed

Salary & Benefits:

  • £28,000 - £30,000
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 15:30
