Sales Coordinator

Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Initial 18 months – 2-year fixed term contract, with the view to review

I am currently representing a manufacturing company who are looking to grow their fast paced and successful sales team. This position involves actively monitoring and pursuing potential leads, identifying new business and managing the customer experience for onboarding new contracts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and pursue potential uplift leads and new business opportunities.
  • Manage the customer experience for onboarding new contracts and set clear targets.
  • Handle the Pre-Qualification process for new and existing customers.
  • Manage contract renewals and set clear targets.
  • Respond to emails and calls in line with set KPIs.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout their contracts.
  • Manage and quote for contract renewals and uplifts.
  • Develop client relationships to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Quote for service jobs from engineer site visit reports.
  • Provide monthly reports and manage data entry using Job Logic.
  • Ensure high standards of customer communication for renewals and service jobs.
  • Produce detailed Account Plans for key customers.
  • Gain insights into customer satisfaction levels and assist with customer satisfaction surveys.
