Our client is a successful and established Financial Advice firm located in Horsham.
They are seeking an experienced HR Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing a small team of HR Advisers.
Ideally, the candidate should hold a CIPD qualification and have a background in Financial Services, though this is not mandatory.
The position requires the candidate to be based locally to Horsham, as they will need to be in the office 3-4 days per week.
The base salary for this role is approximately £42,000 to £45,000, plus benefits and bonuses.
