Reed HR are working with a growing technology company who are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis to support on a transition period as they implement a new HR system. 

The HR Analyst will...

  • Support the delivery of the annual pay award – management of the process, data sets and driving deadlines.
  • Management of our day-to-day analytics required around pay and benefits – set up and maintenance of our benchmarking data, car allocations and benefits.
  • Building regular global and dashboards.
  • Undertake trend analysis.
  • Leading and supporting on HR projects with planning, testing and implementation.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of processes.

The successful HR Analyst will have...

  • Extensive analytic experience.
  • Confident navigating HRIS. 
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Background of working in a People function.
  • Confident managing a range of stakeholders including senior managers and be able to demonstrate influencing and partnering skills.
