A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-focused Residential Property Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive team. Whether you're stepping into your first legal role or bringing some prior experience, this is a great chance to grow within a large, well-respected firm.What the role involves:

Supporting the sale and purchase of residential properties, including freehold and leasehold
Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents
Handling pre-exchange and post-completion tasks
Conducting searches (Land Registry, local authority, environmental)
Reviewing search results and spotting legal issues
Being a key contact for clients, estate agents, and lenders
Preparing and submitting applications to HM Land Registry
Staying on top of AML and compliance regulations
