Key responsibilities may cover -
- diary management and arranging appointments on behalf of fee earner
- document and correspondence preparation
- audio digital dictation and typing
- file administration - opening and closing case files
- contract drafting
- post completion matters/support
- processing applications for transfers and mortgages
- land registry
- and more!
By handling document preparation, file admin and diary management and varies different property-related tasks they need someone who is IT literate (Microsoft word/excel/outlook/digital dictation/case management systems).
