Senior Site Manager required to lead private new build residential developments within the M23 Corridor. With an initial project to lead just south of Horsham, you will be tasked with the successful delivery of around 20 traditional build units.

The project is set up, under way and on programme, with the groundworker currently principal contractor. It is a great project, which is easily accessible from the South Coast and north from the M25, and from most areas of West Sussex.

The company has a proud history going back over decades and a strong reputation throughout Sussex and Surrey. They like to employ Senior Site Managers who have worked for medium sized developers. They would not be closed to Senior Site Managers coming from PLC house builders, but in this environment theirSenior Site Managers need to be able to lead on their own initiative, solve problems on site in conjunction with small commercial or technical teams and work as one to ensure the project progresses.

It goes without saying, safety is paramount and you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is in place and the site is run in accordance with H&S policies. You will be expected to finish units to a very high standard, ensuring that clients are entirely happy with the finished product and limiting any customer care issues.

If you think you are up to the job of delivering an excellent product, on time and to budget then this is a great company to be part of. The Contracts Manager that you would report to has been there for many years and is straight talking, but friendly and approachable. He supports his Site Managers well and understands the pressures having been in that role himself for much of his career.

If you think you meet the criteria then please apply for the role today.
