We are delighted to be working with a wonderful and unique travel company based in West Sussex. Due to company growth, they are seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a part time basis.
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all HR departmental functions, supporting the recruitment function, devising and executing training programs and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.
Previous HR Management experience is essential to be considered for this role.
The role:
- Overseeing essential HR departmental aspects such as employee relations, HR administration, internal recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, and optimising HR systems
- Coordinating and issuing contracts and offer letters
- Ensuring all relevant right to work, reference, and background checks are carried out
- Implementing the induction process for new staff
- Being the initial point of contact for newcomers joining the company and for hiring managers
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
You will have:
- Previous HR Management experience (essential)
- Experience of Perkbox and Cezanne (highly desirable)
- CIPD qualified (desirable)
- Excellent understanding of current employment legislation and best practice
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The capability to prioritise workflow based on immediate requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
