Reed HR have partnered with a growing logistics company who are seeking an HR Manager to join their team on a 3-month interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to lead on some key HR projects as well as managing operational duties. 

The Interim HR Manager will...

  • Support and manage on operational HR related matters across the organisation.
  • Lead HR projects to include reviewing and developing their approach to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Review and create HR policies. 
  • Colleague experience - developing action plans from annual engagement survey results. 
  • Manage recruitment campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for all HR queries. 

The Interim HR Manager will have...

  • CIPD Level 5 (desirable).
  • HR generalist experience.
  • Has the ability to lead and deliver HR projects.
  • Have a good level of understanding and knowledge of UK employment law. 
  • Experienced with using HR systems and Microsoft 365.
