The Role:
  • Taking incoming calls and booking in repairs and installations.
  • Providing engineers with everything they need-job sheets, timesheets, and a smooth schedule.
  • Keeping clients in the loop with regular updates.
  • Updating client contracts and details on the CRM.
  • Raising purchase orders for subcontractors.
  • Working closely with the scheduling team to keep things running like clockwork.
  • Managing job progress to ensure deadlines are met.
The Person:
  • Strong admin experience (a must!).
  • A natural people-person with top-tier customer service skills.
  • Ability to build great relationships with clients.
  • Experience scheduling engineers is desirable but not essential.
