Client Partnerships Manager
Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation with a strong reputation for excellence in Horsham, West Sussex. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Partnerships Manager with a particular focus on growth and expanding client partnerships.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic direction to achieve growth targets
- Performance management for the department
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve max performance
- Analyse data, evaluate performance, company trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Present to potential clients to demonstrate services
- Oversee operational activities including invoicing and payments
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Convert leads into sales
- Assist clients with healthcare framework applications
Qualifications and Skills:
- A background in healthcare or medical
- Leadership experience - team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience in contract tendering or procurement processes
