Client Partnerships Manager

Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation with a strong reputation for excellence in Horsham, West Sussex. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Partnerships Manager with a particular focus on growth and expanding client partnerships.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic direction to achieve growth targets
  • Performance management for the department
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve max performance
  • Analyse data, evaluate performance, company trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Present to potential clients to demonstrate services
  • Oversee operational activities including invoicing and payments
  • Draft and negotiate contracts
  • Convert leads into sales
  • Assist clients with healthcare framework applications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A background in healthcare or medical
  • Leadership experience - team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience in contract tendering or procurement processes
