Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring top-tier product quality and help drive the success of a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our client’s team on a temp-to-perm basis, based in Horsham, with an immediate start!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our products meet high-quality standards, driving improvements, and supporting a dedicated production team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring ISO9001 Compliance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to maintain and exceed ISO9001 standards across production.
- Product Inspections: Be the first point of contact for product inspections and non-conformance issues, helping to resolve any quality challenges.
- Quality Monitoring: Oversee key areas of production and Goods-In, ensuring all processes are running smoothly.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Liaise with production, purchasing, and design teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and performance across the board.
- Health & Safety: Promote and enforce health and safety best practices in line with company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of ISO9001 standards and the ability to ensure compliance.
- At least 3 years of experience in an inspection role in a manufacturing and/or production setting.
- A keen eye for quality, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well across departments.
- A practical, hands-on approach to quality assurance and operational challenges.
