About the Role

In this exciting position, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, manage sales processes, and promote bespoke solutions such as cable assembly, box builds, and custom designs. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, driving sales growth and loyalty.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Negotiate pricing and secure the best deals with trusted suppliers.
  • Order Management: Oversee sales orders from enquiry to delivery, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Quotation & Procurement: Create accurate quotations, manage purchase orders, and streamline order fulfilment.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Teamwork & Strategy: Work closely with colleagues and the Director to develop sales strategies and promote value-added services.
