  • Branch Leadership: Step in as Branch Manager across various locations, taking full ownership of branch performance and profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Provide expert estate agency guidance and personalised service to ensure customers receive the best experience.
  • Team Motivation: Inspire, motivate, and manage the team of the moment, leading morning meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Property Listings: Successfully list targeted properties, advising vendors to help them sell their homes at the best price and with excellent service.

  • Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £65,000 (uncapped)
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays (as business permits)
