FP&A Assistant / Trainee

Temporary - at least 6 months

Horsham - hybrid working and parking on site

£14 to £20 per hour - depending on experience

We are working with an outstanding business based in the Horsham area who are recruiting for a new and exciting role! This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business, working closely with a Senior Finance Business Partner to support with the day to day running of the department and processes.

You will gain a huge amount of exposure during an period of change in the business, partnering cross divisionally, as well as the chance to work closely with the CFO and senior management.

This will be a really varied role with brilliant exposure but may include:

  • Variance analysis
  • Collecting and collating data
  • Assist with project budgeting and tracking
  • Create financial models
  • Creating presentations and charts to present to senior management and stakeholders
  • Business partnering across the divisions
  • Bringing new ideas on reducing costs and streamlining

What we are looking for:

  • ACCA / ACA / CIMA - PQ or Studier is desirable
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Confident communication skills, able to business partner with stakeholders
  • Able to commit to a 6 months role
  • Able to commute to Horsham at least 3 days per week (hybrid working is available)
