Job Summary
The Service Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's service department. This position involves managing customer enquiries, processing service requests, and providing exceptional support to both clients and team members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to analyse information effectively.

Duties

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Process service requests and maintain detailed records in the database.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Upsell services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling calls from clients.
  • Ordering of goods required
  • Collecting and inputting accurate meter readings

Skills
