Finance Assistant

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the financial operations of our Client based in Dartford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team that values integrity, customer focus, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Process day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.

Ensure accurate billing of sales invoices and processing of credit notes.

Maintain and update vendor databases and process payments in the ERP system.

Support credit control activities, including customer credit verification and debt collection.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Provide emergency cover and assist with customer receipts for EU branches as needed.

What We are Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in ERP systems and processes.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
