This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader who is Nurse/ ODP qualified to join our Theatre Team at our private hospital In Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified to join our leading, forward-thinking private hospital. Our Theatre Department cares for patients on an in-patient and day-case basis with five operating theatres as well as Endoscopy and Recovery, offering a wide range of specialities for Private and NHS patients. You would be required to manage the day-to-day operational running of the Urology and General surgical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified to work in a highly reputable company with state-of-the-art facilities.
About the role:
You will be working as Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified and will be responsible for:
- Daily management of the Theatre to enhance quality and efficiently
- Supporting the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework
- Working closely with the Theatre Manager on the day-to-day procedures
- Monitoring resources, budgets and workforce planning.
- You'll need to have excellent organisational and communication skills
Who we're looking for:
- ODP level 3 / RN (1)
- Valid NMC/HCPC with no restrictions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum of 2 years' management experience in theatre in the UK
- Previous experience working as Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified
- A strong understanding of clinical procedures

Person Specification: All Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified applicants must have a valid NMC/ HCP Registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the UK is essential for this position.
