Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a diverse range of HR and ER matters, in collaboration with external ER advisory support
- Management of a varied portfolio of ER casework, and taking the lead on more complex cases
- Offer advice, coaching, and guidance on all HR matters
- Build strong relationships with site managers and key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of people policies and procedures
- Ensure alignment with legislative requirements
- Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives
- Drive HR compliance matters across the organisation
Profile
- Must be CIPD qualified
- Strong background in ER casework
- Excellent knowledge of Employment Law
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Hybrid working role - mainly home-based with occasional travel to some sites
Job Offer
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Hybrid working - 60% home-based, 40% site-based (regional)
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
