Job Title: School Finance Officer (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hounslow

Duration: 4- 6 months (could be extended)

  • 1 month between April – July
  • September 19th, 2025 (subject to change to earlier date)

Working Hours: full-time office-based job.

Responsibilities:

  • Chasing Purchase Orders
  • Processing Journals
  • Managing Credit Card Monthly Orders
  • Raising Invoices
  • BACS Uploading
  • Managing Stationery Orders for All Departments
  • Utilising Access Dimensions
  • School Comms (training can be provided)

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in Access Dimensions
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience as a Finance Officer in a school is advantage
