Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Aerospace Customer Service person for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.
Job Description:-
- Customer Services (Telephone and E-Mail)
- Keeping clients up to date with their shipment status including; flight and customs delays and proof of deliveries
- Keep clients updated on services company can offer
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices
- Provide quotes to customers
- Monitor all shipments.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
