Airfreight Operations Specialist - Full Time | £28,000-£32,000 | Heathrow

We're looking for a motivated Airfreight Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team of Dangerous Goods Airfreight experts. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone with a strong background in airfreight and a passion for logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer and agent relationships
Handle export/import bookings, tracking & documentation
Coordinate shipments by air, road, and sea
Assist with packing, warehousing, and freight delivery
Process invoices and update clients regularly

Requirements:

2+ years in airfreight operations
1+ year handling Dangerous Goods (DG)
Strong communication & organisational skills
DG/IATA Certification (preferred)
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 30kg
