Your new role:

Working in a varied role, you will be responsible for ensuring that debt is monitored and collected, in line with company terms. Duties will include:

• Raising invoices
• Processing sales orders
• Posting and allocating all payments to the system
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Running debtor reports
• Chasing payments by telephone, email and letter
• Resolving invoice-related queries and disputes
• Reporting and associated administration

What you'll need to succeed: You will have experience of working in an accounts receivable role, raising invoices, allocating payments and chasing payments. You will have excellent communication skills, and be confident building relationships at all levels. Strong attention to detail and solid numeric skills will also be required.
