Business Solutions Manager, £48,000 - £55,000 + Great Package

Our client is undergoing an exciting transformation, with technology positioned as a key driver of growth and innovation. Their ambitious IT roadmap seeks to integrate AI, optimize systems and data, and embrace forward-thinking digital solutions. The new Business Solutions Manager will play a key part in this transformation.

As the Business Solutions Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure that our client’s strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is fully aligned with their business goals. Working closely with the IT & Digital team, business solutions owners, and process owners, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across internal operations and client engagement.

You will serve as the key link between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration, enhanced customer journeys, and the maximization of Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main bridge between business needs and system capabilities, driving efficiency, improving customer journeys, and maximizing the potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Drive efficiency and the continuous integration of Dynamics D365 as well as the wider Microsoft Technology Stack across multiple departments.
  • Shape the technical landscape by identifying current challenges and potential opportunities for growth and enhancement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal users to develop functionalities that improve customer experience, retention, and business understanding.
  • Analyse data trends to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and business performance.
  • Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership, securing support for new processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of solutions and data across all business areas.
  • Collaborate with the IT & Digital team and external consultants to develop, test, and implement new Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Work with project and change resources to support communications, scoping, planning, and user training during larger initiatives.

About You:

  • Strong experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Dynamics CRM in particular) as well as the wider Microsoft Technology Stack.
  • A proven track record of enhancing business processes and customer engagement through technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex insights to senior leaders.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital solutions.
  • A solid understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR) and customer feedback management.
