If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! About the Role As Head of Account Management – Cross Border Solutions, you will lead a team of five experienced Key Account Managers, overseeing relationships with major clients across the UK. Head of Account Management – Requirements   
  •   Experience in CROSS BORDER solutions is highly essential
  •   Proven leadership experience in Account Management within Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  •   Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans. 
  •  Exceptional stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  •   A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • A full, clean UK driving licence 
Head of Account Management – Responsibilities   
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Key Account Managers. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery. 
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive business growth and retention. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance cross-border solutions and service offerings. 
  • Analyse performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
