- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays (2 per month) 10am-4pm

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that drive footfall and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Experience in mentoring or training others is advantageous.
- A good understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour is desirable.
