IRD Consultancy is recruiting for multiple Luxury Fine Jewellery Client Advisor positions to be based in Heathrow Airport. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the highest standards of luxury customer service and cultivating strong client relationships, to create an authentic, memorable and exquisite experience for every customer.
To be considered for this role, a proven track record within luxury retail is a prerequisite.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Passionate in building a robust network and cultivate an established VIP clientele.
- Commits to delivering an exceptional, world-class client experience to foster brand loyalty.
- Ability to carry out a flawless selling ceremony which adhere to the Brands direction combined with your very own unique professional approach
- Excel in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently, driven by a results-oriented mindset.
- Committed to offering exceptional client experiences, adhering to the highest standards of service and professionalism.
