Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise industry-specific software to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on new products and technologies in the automotive industry to better serve our customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with automotive parts software is a plus.
