Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise industry-specific software to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
  • Stay updated on new products and technologies in the automotive industry to better serve our customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with automotive parts software is a plus.
