Document Automation Specialist required by a Proferssional Services firm in Central London within walking distance of Covent Garden paying upto 55k. This is a brand new role in a newly created Innovation Team and will be pivotal in driving the adoption of emerging technologies and re engineering of existing processes and systems.

It would be ideal if you had come from a larger team now looking to progress to ownership of the role.


The Document Automation Specialist will drive the adoption of document automation processes across the firm.

The role will involve creating and maintaining automated procedures making use of the firm's document automation solution, 'Document Drafter'. You will be collaborating with fee earners across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality document automation service.
  • Be the first point of contact for document automation queries.
  • Test automated documentation to ensure efficiency, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Identify opportunities for document automation within existing document workflows.
  • Monitor market trends in document automation keep track of Document Drafter's roadmap to best plan the adoption of upcoming features.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid experience of a document automation tool is essential.
  • Experience with Document Drafter is preferred.
