This full-time role is ideal for someone committed to fostering academic progress and emotional well-being, particularly for students facing behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide targeted one-on-one and group support for students, focusing on those with behavioural difficulties.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Support students' holistic development, empowering them to achieve educational and personal goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
  • Strong skills in classroom and behaviour management.
  • A team-oriented approach with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward supporting student needs.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience working with secondary school students.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Overseas police clearances (if applicable).
  • Professional references confirming your suitability for this role.

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
