About the Role:- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Assist students with their learning, including those with SEN
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks and lesson preparation
- A genuine passion for working with children and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., volunteering, tutoring, childcare) is desirable but not essential
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undertake a DBS check
