Job Title: Multi-skilled Shift Electrical Engineer

Shift Pattern: 4 x 12hr days, 4 off, 4 x 12hr nights, 4 off
Are you a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and work with a range of clients, providing a multi-skilled maintenance service that covers both disciplines. This role offers the chance to work on a rotating shift pattern, ensuring a variety of responsibilities across different projects and operational equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both reactive and proactive maintenance services for all operational equipment.
- Carry out modifications, installations, and repairs to electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems to optimise reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and calibrations to ensure equipment is operating at its full potential.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing maintenance duties on-site.
Requirements:
- Essential Qualifications:
- Valid GOLD JIB Card
- NVQ Level 3 (with sufficient electrical/electronic elements)
- C&G 2357 NVQ3 Diploma
- C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2
- IEE 18th Edition Regulations
- Mech to Elec Conversion Course
- C&G 2356-99 Experienced Worker
- Valid Gold ECS card (dependent on category)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with the ability to perform both preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern, including both day and night shifts.
