Location: Heathrow, TW4
Salary: £56,700 per annum + Overtime + Bonus
Working Hours: Continental Shifts, 4on, 6off, 4on, 4off, 6on, 4off, 14 shifts per month | Days and nights, working 2 weekends monthly
Role Type: Permanent
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer to join a team at a Data Centre in Heathrow. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art critical environment with a focus on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
About the Role:
As a Shift Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing contractors and issuing permits for work.
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring the highest levels of service and reliability.
- The maintenance scope includes UPS systems, Generators, Cooling Systems, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Pumps, Motors, Transformers, Substations, and more.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in critical environments such as Data Centres.
- Hands-on experience with UPS, Generators, and Cooling Systems.
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience in facilities maintenance.
