Are you a Contract Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional, who would like to drive a Global Reward project?
Working for a leading global travel technology company that is shaping the future of travel experiences, I am seeking a Contract Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional to support and monitor pay equity across multiple countries. The role will initially be for 6 months (Inside IR35) and based 50/50 remotely and in Hounslow.
As the Contract Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional, you will play a key role within the project team - manage and analyze data, support project milestones, collaborate with international HR teams, create dashboards and reports, and effectively communicate insights.
What you will need to bring:
- 6+ years in compensation and benefits, with a background in global business environments.
- Degree in relevant field.
- Exceptional skills in Excel, Workday experience, and English fluency.
- A knack for detailed analysis, a team-oriented mindset, and a desire to innovate in the travel industry.
