Air Export Gateway (Working 4o4o 7am-7pm)

Streamlining the Air Export process and liaising with all parties to update on export status - Gateway

Working 4 on 4 off from 7am-7pm (No remote), typically daily duties include:-

Coordinate and manage air export shipments from A-Z - Gateway
Prepare and process export documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Communicate with customers, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
Track and trace shipments, providing updates to customers and resolving any issues that arise.
Knowledge of Aviation Security advantageous
