DK Recruitment is looking for a motivated freight forwarder for our new client in Heathrow.
Our client focusses on transporting dangerous goods all over the world. They cover all 9 classes of dangerous goods, experience in shipping is essential for this role.
With a presence all over the world and various offices all around, they are looking for a member of staff to expand their team in Heathrow.
Duties include:
- Managing clients directly
- Communicating with clients regarding shipments.
- Finding solutions by air (Road & sea freight would be an advantage)
- Imports & exports bookings & clearances.
- You must be happy to support packing, documentation, driving and warehousing on the rare occasion.
To be succesfull:
- Experience air freight operations
- Dangerous goods certified (essential)
- Experience with word packages (Excel, word, Gmail)
- Strong communication as you will be mainly working in a team.
- Have a full english driving license.
