Your new companyA reputable construction company that has worked at Heathrow Airport for over 15 years is currently recruiting for an Airside Signatory (Pass Coordinator) / Project Coordinator. The role is a permanent role and based at Heathrow Airport. Your new roleThe role will consist of the following:
- Start to end process of Airside referencing
- DBS Checks
- Coordination of GSAT and other Airport training
- Using different systems and portals to upload information
- Airside Pass aftercare and pass management
- Training matrix
- Contruction reports and document control
- Timesheets
- Purchase Orders.
What you'll need to succeedYou will need previous experience of working at Heathrow Airport and either being an Airside Pass Administrator or Airside Signatory.Good system knowledge, able to work under pressure. Good communication skills, verbal and written.
