Cover Supervisor - HESTON, HOUNSLOW

* 32.5 hours per week, term time only + 2 days
* Permanent position starting January 2025
* NJC Scale 6, points 19 to 22 - 23,223 to 24,724 per annum

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring continuity for students in cases of Teacher absence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task
* Provide assistance to students with set activities and respond to their questions
* Maintain classroom order and manage student behaviour effectively
* Support teachers with lesson planning, record-keeping, and resource preparation
* Promote inclusivity and encourage student engagement in the classroom
* Assist with pastoral duties, helping students navigate challenges and succeed
