Our client is an international/ growing fulfilment organisation, with a head office in West London

The job: They are looking for an exceptionally organised and communicative HR Administrator to provide a first-class HR shared service to all stakeholders across various sites. Someone with proven organisational and administration skills. Someone with proven ability to build relationships

Duties include;

  • Produce HR reports
  • Update the HR database
  • Responsible for the administration of; employee benefits, staff travel passes, purchase orders
  • Dealing with/ respond to employee requests in a timely manner
  • Oversee responses to subject access requests from employees
  • Support the performance management process
  • Undertake HR project work as and when required

Relevant profiles / experience

  • We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a similar role (a varied/ busy/ high volume HR admin role)
  • Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proven admin skills - use of all MS applications
  • Ability to work in a very busy/ ever-changing environment
  • Proven relationship building experience
