this role is based in Hounslow and is office based the role is paying 33k with some flexibility
Job PurposeTo provide excellent customer service and display a "can do" attitude in dealing withincoming customer enquiries and outbound calling in order to close sales and processorders in order to achieve the weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets of the company,working in a strong team, sharing the company’s vision and ethos.Fundamental Tasks of the JobThe role of sales administrator is key in generating leads, responding to customerenquiries, and processing sales through
• Responding promptly and accurately to customer enquiries.• Knowing the complete product range on offer at Allens.• Understanding our internal IT systems in all areas relating to your job role.• Developing a good understanding of supporting sales information and technicalproduct information.• Maintaining a good general knowledge of competitors and their product rangesmaximising the opportunity to win sales.• Building relationships with a portfolio of 'account’ and 'cash’ customers.• Achieving agreed KPI’s.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand basics• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.• Understand and comply with company policy and procedures relating to Health &Safety for yourself and others.• Develop good understanding of stock system.• Identify key prospects and escalate these to the right level• Arrange appointments for the Business Development Director or Sales Director.Communication & Record Keeping• Complete sales activities and customer/prospect contact lists.• Use all current forms of communication
every second Saturday work but can be slightly flexible so it was 1 Saturday per month if the candidate was particularly, The holiday situation is companywide so that is not something we can change; we do not take holiday in June, July, and 3 weeks in December.
