We are seeking a Senior UX Designer (Level 4) to form part of a growing UI/UX team at IRIS Software Group.

You will provide our product teams with dedicated UI/UX support. Including a mix of customer research, ideation, persona generation, journey mapping and scenario generation, low fidelity prototyping, customer testing, wireframing, visual design and user testing.

As a Senior UX Designer you will be working collaboratively, in an agile environment with product owners, software engineers, DevOps and QAs. This role is instrumental in building our next generation of customer focussed cloud-based applications.

What We Need From You

  • Ability to evangelise for UX in the wider business
  • Strong UX design experience - a mix of user research, creative workshopping, defining flows, wireframing and prototyping
  • Proficient in the use of UX/UI software, for example: Figma
  • Desire to solve complex, creative technical problems with a focus on customer needs
  • Experience in setting up and moderating user tests, setting up remote testing and analytics
  • Experience working collaboratively in a cross functional team within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Good understanding of UX metrics frameworks such as HEART/SUS
  • Visual/UI design experience and prototyping
  • UX process design, implementation and training
