Pay Rate:

  1. £11.44 per hour (Non-Driver) - Will increase after 13 weeks
  2. £12.00 per hour (Driver) - Will increase after 13 weeks

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Street Cleansing Operatives in Hounslow. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces, ensuring streets, pavements, and communal areas are litter-free and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sweeping streets and pavements to remove litter and debris.
  2. Emptying bins and disposing of waste responsibly.
  3. Reporting hazards, graffiti, and fly-tipping to the relevant authorities.
  4. Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, including parks and open spaces.
  5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  6. (For Drivers) Safely operating and maintaining cleansing vehicles.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  2. Physically fit and capable of manual work.
  3. Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
  4. Awareness of health and safety procedures.
  5. (For Drivers) A valid UK driving licence.
