We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join a market leading provider of occupational health services. The role is working at one of their clients sites in Hounslow and will be joining part of a supportive and progressive team. This is a great position for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join a company that takes pride in the strong partnerships it has developed with their clients and work for a team that are passionate about providing person centred care. We are looking for a like-minded and driven Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join on a permanent basis.

About the role:
You will be working as an Occupational Health Nurse and will be responsible for:

  • Provide expert evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness to work and other requests
  • Provide professional and evidence based written reports
  • Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice
  • Providing fitness medicals and health surveillance where required
  • Evaluating the results of medicals and surveillance provided
  • Committed to maintaining valid and up to date registration with the NMC and complying with NMC guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered nurse 


Who we're looking for;
All applicants for the role of Occupational Health Nurse must have the following;

  • Registered Nurse - valid NMC UK pin with no restrictions 
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma
  • At least 2 years experience working in occupational health in the UK is essential
  • Experience of exposure to case management and health surveillance
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

Person Specification: All applicants for the role of Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor must have a valid NMC pin and degree/ diploma in Occupational Health and have at least 2 years UK Occupational Health experience. Applicants must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
