The HR Advisor MUST be able to join and hit the ground running!

About the Role:

This is a key role for a VERY experienced HR Advisor with strong expertise in Employee Relations (ER), TUPE, redundancies, and UK employment law. You’ll be supporting managers and business leaders across multiple sites, handling a high volume of complex ER cases, and ensuring compliance with legal and organisational policies.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a high volume of ER cases from investigation to resolution.
  • Advising on all aspects of disciplinary, grievance, and dismissal processes.
  • Assisting with TUPE transfers, redundancies, and UK employment law matters, ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
  • Overseeing key HR processes including new starters, leavers, employee life-cycle changes, and policy updates.
  • Managing both long- and short-term sickness cases, providing solutions that align with business needs.
  • Partnering with managers to support recruitment, including ATS management and selection processes.
  • Supporting and mentoring other HR Advisors in the team.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive HR best practice across the organisation.

About You:

You’ll be a seasoned HR Advisor with a deep understanding of employee relations, employment law, TUPE, and redundancy processes. Strong experience managing complex ER cases is essential, along with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be confident working closely with senior stakeholders, and have a proactive, solution-focused approach to HR challenges.
