About the Role

This is a strategic HR leadership role, supporting senior leaders and stakeholders in shaping and delivering the People strategy. Acting as a key business partner, you will oversee talent management, employee relations, organisational development, and HR analytics, ensuring alignment with the wider organisational objectives.

Duties will include:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, including workforce planning and talent retention.
  • Providing coaching and leadership to People Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, well-being, and recognition.
  • Advising on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
  • Leading on policy development, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Utilising HR data and analytics to provide insights, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Supporting the implementation of new HR systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with the Payroll Team.
  • Collaborating on talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development.

About You

You will be an experienced HR professional, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, with a strong background in strategic HR business partnering. You’ll have extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and organisational development, alongside excellent communication and leadership skills. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, analyse HR data, and drive cultural and operational change will be essential. Experience working across multiple sites is desirable.
