This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are exciting to be working with a large client services company who are seeking a Master Data Team Manager. This post plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient setup of client requirements within their bespoke system. You’ll lead a team of Data Coordinators, providing support to internal stakeholders. You’ll also drive continuous improvement in data maintenance processes to safeguard the financial targets of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supervise a team of Data Coordinators to ensure high-quality data entry and maintenance
  • Provide direction and motivation, serving as the go-to person for challenging situations
  • Track individual and team performance, goal setting, offer ongoing training and feedback
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of data accuracy
  • Provide customised reports to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor data accuracy and quality standards
  • Lead initiatives for process optimisation, streamline workflows & improve customer satisfaction
  • Oversee complex data setup, review, and make amendments for customers
  • Manage the setup of new accounts and ensure accuracy during schedule and billing checks

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar role working with very large sets of data that are constantly changing
  • Proven experience as a strong people Manager
  • Experience in process optimisation and automation
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and databases experience

During your induction this will be an office based role, once you are confident in the role you will have the option to work from home 2 days per week.
