re you passionate about creating engaging and integrated learning solutions? The UK's largest infrastructure hub is looking for a dedicated Learning Design Specialist to join their team.

This is a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design quality technical and non-technical learning solutions for using diverse methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs, external suppliers, and design specialists to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Maintain accreditation and subject matter expertise to support technical learning solutions.
  • Work closely with the learning delivery team to refine and update content, ensuring learner engagement.
  • Support the delivery of engineering-specific training and maintain operational knowledge.
  • Advocate for a learning culture across the organisation, sharing best practices and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in learning design across technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Strong understanding of competency assessment and delivery methods.
  • Ideally IOSH/NEBOSH or interest in Health and Safety or engineering training or general training
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of design and e-learning tools systems like Evolve, Animate, and Adobe.
  • Passionate about learning and helping colleagues grow their capabilities.
