This is a 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design quality technical and non-technical learning solutions for using diverse methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs, external suppliers, and design specialists to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Maintain accreditation and subject matter expertise to support technical learning solutions.
- Work closely with the learning delivery team to refine and update content, ensuring learner engagement.
- Support the delivery of engineering-specific training and maintain operational knowledge.
- Advocate for a learning culture across the organisation, sharing best practices and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in learning design across technical and non-technical subjects.
- Strong understanding of competency assessment and delivery methods.
- Ideally IOSH/NEBOSH or interest in Health and Safety or engineering training or general training
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of design and e-learning tools systems like Evolve, Animate, and Adobe.
- Passionate about learning and helping colleagues grow their capabilities.
