About the Role

As a Learning Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing high-quality, integrated learning solutions. Your work will support both internal and external commitments, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and company-specific standards.

What You'll Do

  • Design innovative learning solutions using a variety of methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal experts, external suppliers, and design and delivery specialists.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise to create relevant and effective training programs.
  • Support the development of the business' learning design standards and principles.
  • Engage with operational teams to stay up to date with business performance and changes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Provide guidance on learning systems, digital content, and apprenticeship opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in learning design across both technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Ability to set clear learning outcomes and measure impact effectively.
  • Certified Instructor with a CIN number (CAA register).
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a flexible, agile environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Line management experience is desirable.
